Complaints and appeals

Every student has the right to raise a concern and to have an assessment decision reviewed, without it affecting how you are treated. Onshift Education operates under RTO 41304, so the RTO-level complaints and appeals process applies to your enrolment.

    Complaints

A complaint can be about training, assessment, a trainer or staff member, another student, facilities, or the way your enrolment has been administered. Raise it with us first through the Onshift contact page. Complaints are recorded, investigated, and the outcome is provided to you in writing.

    Appealing an assessment result

If you believe an assessment decision was incorrect or unfair, you can appeal an assessment decision. Your evidence is reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original judgement. If you remain dissatisfied after our internal process, independent review is available.

    Your regulator

We are regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Concerns that cannot be resolved with us can be raised with ASQA. Our registration details are on the RTO info page.
