Fees and refunds

Onshift Education students are enrolled under RTO 41304, held by PM2 Pty Ltd. The refund and cancellation terms that apply to your enrolment are the RTO-level terms, published in full as the PM Squared refund policy.

What is covered

• Fees payable and when they fall due.
• Cancelling or deferring before training starts.
• Withdrawing after training has commenced.
• Refunds where the RTO is unable to deliver the training.
• How to request a refund and how the decision is communicated to you.

Before you pay anything

Any fees, payment schedules and refund conditions for your specific enrolment are confirmed in writing before you pay. If the written terms you receive differ from what you expected, ask us before proceeding — do not rely on a figure quoted verbally or in an advertisement.
