CPCCDE3027 Read and interpret demolition site plans and drawings and CPCCDE4005 Apply structural principles to the planning of the demolition of a structure are units of competency in the CPC Construction training package. Both are on OnShift Education's scope as RTO 41304 and can be checked on training.gov.au.
I completed the old demolition units but never got SafeWork approval. What do I do now?

Transition arrangements for the superseded demolition units closed on 30 June 2026, so your completed units may no longer match the current set. We review what you hold, identify whether CPCCDE3027, CPCCDE4005 or both are missing, and tell you what remains. SafeWork NSW assesses and decides your application — training alone does not grant approval.
Do I have to repeat all ten supervisor units?
Not necessarily. What you need depends on which units you have already completed and their currency. Many people in this position need only gap training. We will not recommend units you do not need, and we cannot tell you what SafeWork NSW will accept — that is their decision.
